Make it happen Monday: Be the light. I woke up this morning and my room was dark. I could not see anything, but when I picked up my phone and turned it on I noticed the darkness would flee everywhere in the room I took my phone. Because of the light emanating from my phone I could now see the contents of my room and anything that was near me. Is your room dark? Are there areas of your room in life that are dark? I encourage you to be the light. We can be the light when everyone else can't see that there is hope. We can be the light when all around you there is hurt, pain and sorrow. We can be the light when we feel our community, state and nation are going in the wrong direction. Today I encourage you to make a difference with everyone you meet today by being the light that shines brightly with joy, peace and love. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. (John 1:5) Be the light!
