Make it happen Monday: There once was a millionaire who lived in this great big mansion and he only really focused on one room because that’s where he kept his stack of gold coins. He more or less lived in that one room, and he would count his gold coins over and over again. But he forgot the rest of the mansion. There were many other rooms there. So sometimes we live in one room, we live in one little room in our minds and say something like, “This is my little room, I don’t need much more, and this is all right.” The problem is the one room has limited you. You the room is all you need, but, there is more to life and more to experience in other rooms, buildings, cities if you would leave the room. Today I challenge you to leave the room by thinking to what is true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse.(Philippians 4:8-9)
