Make it happen Monday: Last week, you wrote down three good things that happened each day which led you to the reasons for joy and happiness. This week our exercise is to define our life vision by asking ourselves the following questions and writing the responses in your journal. What is the highest vision for my life? What seeks to emerge in, through, and as my life?”
... “What must I become in order to manifest this vision? What qualities must I cultivate?” ... “What must I release to manifest this vision?” (This may include habits, mind-sets, compulsive behaviors—things of that nature.)
... “What talents, gifts, skills, and qualities do I already possess that will serve this vision?” (This moves you into a state of being and having, rather than trying to “get” something.)”
Your life vision will provide you with fulfillment and clarity in making decisions because you can simply ask will this decision take me toward my life vision or away from my life vision. Don’t just have a great day, but make it a great day!
