Transformation Tuesday: what's the best way to eat an elephant? The answer is in bite size pieces. On my health journey I have learned to take things in bite size pieces both literally and figuratively. My focus is not a number but a better me. I make one choice at a time each day. by doing this he keeps me from becoming discouraged. My encouragement to you is that when you are faced with mountains you can overcome them with one step, one climb at a time.
