Focus Friday: What went well? I challenge you to do the following for a week which will help you flourish and give you a new perspective on your life. For ten minutes before you go to bed write down or record three things that went well and why each went well. For example, my wife and went on a date and we both enjoyed the discussion, food, outside seating and the view of the water at night. Why did it go well? I feel it went well because we spent quality time together and focused on each other. Once you have a record of what went well and why, you will know what you need to do more of to flourish in life.
