Transformation Tuesday : make exercise fun. My journey to a healthier life has brought me to enjoy exercise. It's funny how it is a proven fact that exercise is the most healthy way to improve your energy and health, however, I would find every excuse from "I can't find the time", "I am too busy", "I don't feel like it", "I am too tired", and "it hurts" to not exercise. I was able to overcome the excuses by waking up 30 minutes earlier, gradually getting into exercise (I have to remind myself I am not 20 anymore) slow and steady, I increased the duration of my workout and introduced weights as I became stronger. I do a variety of activities for exercise from walking, running, cardio, interval and strength exercises to keep exercise fun. Today choose to make exercise fun. I believe in you! Do you believe in yourself?
