Focus Friday: A magnet has poles. Poles that repel and that poles attract. A magnet creates an invisible field around it called a magnetic field. We are like magnets we attract and repel positive and negative experiences into our lives. Today I challenge you to attract love/unity and repel hate/separation walk around with a magnetic field the brings you the best that life has to offer and rejects anything that falls short of the best. Stay focused and ignore distractions.
